Timer - Ability to set specific time

Yes please. And persistent after reboot, if they aren't already

It would be good if the timers could (optionally) be tied to the computer clock, so that the time passed while the PC is off/sleeping/rebooting/hibernating is deducted when the PC is turned back on.
