As far as I am aware, there is no easy way to create global delete/cut/copy/paste functions, but I am willing to be proved wrong Smile

As for shortcuts to shutdown, there's always the Turn Off Computer plugin which allows you to have a button on a TLB toolbar. It's skinnable too.
