I have now tried everything even uninstalled it deleted folder in plugins rebooted and re installed with same results

Here is a clip of what its doing seems to do it no matter what city I set it to

Keep in mind when you see forecast for UK that's when I hover over it when you see forecast for Orlando I clicked it
