Please can you try to right-click the empty space of the menu? Exactly under "_QuickLaunch" item. Is TLB hangs?

If not, the changing the context menu template for buttons will help. Also please can you open the Windows Explorer right-click any file and send me the screenshot of the context menu. Maybe there are incompatibility with some software that add items into the context menu.
