True Launch Bar BACKUP facility works very well. Perhaps it works too well.

When True Launch Bar backup backs up the tool bars it also backs up all the Mail Monitor filters. It also remembers where the email deleted file is kept

If you backup your True Launch Bar and then do not restore for a period you will LOSE all filters added during the time between BACKUP and RESTORE. If you change your email deleted file location this is also lost. This is very frustrating.

It was a mystery to me why I lost several important filters when I RESTORED my True Launch Bar.

Yes, I know you can export and then re-import the filters. But it is troublesome to be continually saving all the filters in all the categories before backing up the tool bar and then restoring all the filters after restoring the tool bar.

I think there should be a method to allow you to backup the tool bar but preserve the filters in Mail Monitor.

Thank you.

Currently backup works only by file level. It save all files from toolbar folder into one tlbbackup file. And automate manual backup/restore. Currently it is not so easy to make the feature you ask. But I'll be worked on this Wink

As solution I can suggest to backup only one Mail Monitor. To do this just drag&drop Mail Monitor button into any folder holding CTRL button.
