Blurry bar after 2.2.0.13 beta

This is what my TLB normally looks like:

And this is what it looks after 2.2.0.13 beta update:

And this is the menus:


I can make the icons look as the first image if i lock/unlock the taskbar, but then again whenever i put my mouse over an icon/menu, it goes blurry.

Here's some system info:
WinXP Pro 5.1.2600 SP1
Shell: 6.0.2800.1233
IE: 6.0.2800.1106
TLB version: 2.2.0.13

Any clues or do i have to downgrade?
