Shortcuts where the mouse points? - Can TLB be made to create shortcuts where the mouse points?

Can TLB be made to create a shortcut where the mouse is?

eg.

If I have a menu with 20 items in it & scroll down to the mid-point, then right click to create a shortcut, can or is TLB aware of the position within the menu, such that when the shortcut is created it appears where I right clicked? (half way down the menu?)

TLB does this when I create sub menus, but it doesn't do it for shortcuts.

Would be a nice touch to be consistent.
