Speccled Icons

I have WIN XP Pro with all current updates
GeForce FX5950 Ultra 256MB

When my cursor hovers or even touches a icon It is indistinguishable as colors dot its interface. All menu items aare the same.
Is there a fix?

Well, chances are that whoever gave it to you pirated it, then. This particular bug is by design and only manifests in illegally registered copies.

If you're sure your copy is legitimate, try unistalling it, then reinstalling and entering in your activation code again.
