Writing headers bug in Mail Monitor

Windows Version: Microsoft Windows XP Professional version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 1
Shell Version:6.0.2800.1145
Internet Explorer Version: 6.0.2800.1106
TLB version: 2.2.0.18 RC3
Mail Monitor 1.9.9.0

I turned on 'Write Message Header' and Mail Monitor worked correctly. All messages were written with full header.

I then turned OFF this option but now Mail Monitor still *sometimes* writes full message header and sometimes it doesn't.

It does not seem to matter if I now turn OFF or ON 'Write Message Header' I cannot make Mail Monitor choose one format to write.

I think this is a bug in Mail Monitor.
