Can't drag and drop - Recently testing new beta RC18

I'm testing new True Launch Bar version 2.2.0.18 RC3, but since I cannot move the buttons with drag and drop anymore. Of course I' ve deselected the checkbox of blocking buttons.
Anyone has an idea?
