Tooltip off screen

Hello Everyone

When we do a mouse hover over any plugin the tooltip appears very near the cursor in the proper place except when we hover over one particular Weather Monitor. We currently have five WM's operating but the tooltip for one of them appears way over on the other screen (two screen setup) very far out of place and partly off the screen completely. This aberrant tooltip does not have much information in it so it is not particularly large.

Does anyone know how to fix this or where the setting is that tells the tooltip where to appear?

EDIT - This plugin has had a tooltip issue from the start. It is awaiting Yuri's fine tuning as the problem has been brought up heretofore.

Do you using Win98?

Yes and one day we will get 2000 or XP but not today. ???

How do you attached two monitors under Win98? I cannot to do this

Yes we have two monitors with 98SE. We did nothing special except to add a second display card and change the settings in Control Panel>Display>Settings. Both cards are in PCI slots. Very soon we will be adding a third display card and monitor.

The primary monitor has a TLB in the taskbar. The secondary monitor has a TLB on top always showing with six Weather Monitors, a Weather Forecast, two TLB clocks, System Monitor and a Network Monitor. This TLB is not set for Always on top or Auto-hide.

The secondary monitor also has another TLB on the left side with several folders and a TLB ToDo plug-in. This is set for Always on top and Auto-hide.

At one point we tried as an experiment to add many more TLBs on each of the eight sides and we were able to add eight but perhaps we could have added even more.

We do notice just one other possible bug. When there is an application running in the secondary monitor we cannot get the TLB on the left side to appear unless we minimize the application.

How is that for versatility?

Using twenty plugins and folders on three TLBs only the Moon Monitor for Weather Monitor does not display the tooltip in the proper location. All the others are perfect.

UPDATE! We changed the provider file to more accurately obtain the information wanted because the parsed page had changed and now the tooltip is displaying perfectly also! In the last tooltip there were some lines that were very long and that caused the tooltip to be displayed erratically.

There is no problem with TLB or the Weather Monitor plugin. All the problem lies in the display properties of this computer as the two-monitor setup has some issues yet to be resolved by Microsoft!
