Key / Serial?

Hi,

Whats the estimate time for recieving the serials? I purchased TLB and recieved an email notification saying payment had been recieved but still no key ???

Well, it took me a whopping 2-3 minutes after purchase to get mine .-).

I'm waiting a full four minutes now even though it's just the other side of the atlantic ocean and up a few mountains.

You should tell people up front that it could take 36 hrs to get key. I would not have purchased this product had I known that. I will stop payment if key is not recieved shortly.

I agree, the fact that you will have to wait up to (in my case, more than) 36 hours is retarded.

I applaud Yuri for being so quick about getting the key to me. However, regsoft takes forever in a process that takes most other e-commerce vendors minutes to do.

I have purchased stuff from Digital River before and never have I had to wait as long as I did for regsoft.

With all that said, it IS a one time wait. And it is worth the wait (although the wait is unnecessary in my opinion.) Great product and awesome service from tlb.

I was reading over the e-mails sent from regsoft, and actually it is 36 hours to get the confirmation that you bought the product.

According to regsoft it could take another 36 hours to receive the product key (although Yuri is very quick about getting the key to you.) So that is a total time allotted from time of purchase to receiving the product ... 72 hours. Although, for me, it would have been slightly longer than that due to regsoft not getting me the authorization within the stated allotted time.

Usually you get your key during 1-2 hours. If you do not get key after 8-10 hours then check your order status. RegSoft give the link to the order status in email. If it is unprocesses then your order does not pass through RegSoft's anti-fraud system (as it was with t1n0m3n's order). In this case send email to <!-- e --><a href="mailtoales@regsoft.com">sales@regsoft.com</a><!-- e --> and ask why order is unprocessed. After this they usually process your order very quickly.

BTW, we use 3 registration services. So if you are using credit card to pay, you can use any other registration service (ShareIt, SWREG).

Im also having problems!Says the order was prossesed did not recive a confermation from regsoft,sent an email to the programer with all the info and still no responce! Not good customer relations!Stop payment is an option.
