I placed an order with regsoft on Monday August 2 and received an email stating that they're processing the request. But today Wednesday 4th there is still no reg key in the mail. I've tried to email regsoft twice but the message bounces. They also say on their site that I should not try to purchase the product again because I will be charged twice. Please advice.
Note: The email I'm using here is not the same as the one I use with my credit card.
