Weather Monitor suggestions

One improvement to the Weather Monitor/Universal Data Fetcher is to add options for the "On Click" to open a specific web page (instead of just the one the data is fetched from) and to run a specified program.

For example, I have a weather monitor that loads an xml page with data, however, when clicking, I'd like it to open the actual HTML web page.
