mail monitor and cpu use

I use TLB 3.0 ans mail monitor 1.10 and the use of cpu is 15-20%. When i pause the check of mail the use of cpu is 1%. I ckech 5 accounts. Any repro?

My english is bad, im spanish.

Do you use animated icon? Also try to set different "check every" times for accounts.

I not use animated icon and i tryed from 2 to 15 minutes. The cpu use still up to 15% though not check email but is active the check. Now i use XP Pro SP2, with SP1 not occurs.

What is your connection type? Try to select "via lan" or "via modem" not "Use IE Settings"

I conect via modem. I change the setting, but the cpu usage continue 15-20%. In a few days i will reinstall my XP clean ...
