When I click on InternetExplorer or desktop button, another instance of internet explorer is opened and is redirected to TrueLaunch homepage.

How can I solve this problem?

What version of TLB do you use?
Where you downloaded it? From our website?
Also what do you see in the TLB Settings->Registration tab?

It'd be easier if you posted a screenshot of the About section so we could see the actual version numbers.
