Revisiting the discussion on 'tear-off toolbars' - I clearly understand the difficult to implement this function. Here is the current problem with using multiple True Launch Bars.

While True Launch Bar is docked in it's default position in the task bar it cannot be closed *except* by the users deliberate action of right click | close toolbar. This is *not* true of any 2nd or 3rd toolbars that have been created by the method described in FAQ http://truesoft.getmehosted.com/detail.php?id=20

For example I have set my mouse wheel centre press to close all open windows. This is a very effective tool if I am using multiple windows. However occasionally I will find that I have accidentally closed the True Launch Bar with an errant click. I must then recreated my 2nd (or third) True Launch Bar through the previously mentioned method described in FAQ http://truesoft.getmehosted.com/detail.php?id=20

While the hard working Mr. Kobets considers a method to implement the more sophisticated 'tear-off' toolbars I wonder if there is a interim solution by making the extra toolbars more difficult to close. Can we make True Launch Bar invulnerable to the windows CLOSE WINDOWS command?

This would be a advance over WQL which is also vulnerable to the close windows command.

May be the best solution for this will be to ask confirmation of closing?

BTW, in the next version I'll simplify the creating of multiple toolbars. It will be looks like the standard "New Toolbar..." feature. So the problems must disappear Smile

Thank you.

Yes, please make option to confirm closing of toolbar.

I am now very excited to hear about new version with extra ability for making toolbars. I hope we can see this soon. You have worked very hard.

This is a great advance for True Launch Bar
