Eliminate file description in the Baloon???

How do I get rid of all the file data that appears in a ballon?

I tried going to appearance/description/

and then deleted everything,

But it comes right back??

Appearance/description/ works fine here.

Of course you did press OK after changing the info.

Also remember the actual name of the button is set under properties.

Finally you can disable tooltips under True Launch Bar settings

Further testing on a different system reveals that there may be a bug here.

I have tried deleting EVERY thing and yes it does not hold the deletion. It does hold any text changes but not a complete deletion of everything.

Workaround is to enter a single space which does work but still leaves you with a line under the name.

Maybe Yuri can check into this.

Texan, Do you want only the name in the tips? Right now this is impossible I'll add this feature in one of the next version.

If you want to remove tips from menu item, right-click Appearance->Enable tip.

Thanks, I discovered the "spacebar" solution, and it accomplished what I was looking for.........yes, I believe it is a minor bug.
