Feature Need for Future Version

If you turn off TLB (For what ever reason) the "active icons for programs that are running, move to the left side of the screen.

When you then turn TLB back on; it is displaced to the left of the screen and most of it's icons cannot even be seen.

One must now DRAG all the active icons to the right, to all TLB to be see in it's entirety.

It would be nice if when TLB is turn on, all "active icons" are automatically moved to the right, and the entire TLB moves to the right with them.

TLB Settings->Toolbar->Toolbar's min size
Write the number of icons you want always to be visible on toolbar. Is this the feature you want?
