A good day,
Using the latest beta (3.2.4) this "emailanim.png" produces the result shown in "example.gif" after a reboot.

So, on first load or a manual reload of the animation strip, it (usually, not always) appears correctly, but after a reboot, it's shifted again.

I didn't make the icon myself, just the animation. Sorry Smile

Kind regards and thanks,
Herman van Boeijen.

(I'm using XP-pro+sp2)

Be sure that toolbar folder and the plugin file (something like Mail Monitor.tlbplugin) are not write protected and you have permissions to change files there.

Thanks! apparently that's not it though:

I'm admin on this PC, and all folders and files are (and were) not write-protected (they had the archive attribute set, but I cleared that and it didn't help) Could it be something else? Could you perhaps try the file I attached on your own copy? (It's a 24-bit png file)

Tnx!

"E:\My documents\icons\_icons\emailanim.png"
(without the parentheses, with them, it didn't find the file at all)
might it be the underscore in there? still odd Smile tnx again!

Yes, the path is kept fine. What other properties do you mean?

I suspect it might be going wrong at loading the image at XP startup, is the animation cached in any way?

I'll try reinstalling TLB entirely to see if it fixes it.
tnx! Smile
Herman.

Is the drive E: (where animation located) local or network?
