[Mail Monitor] Keep Mail List Cache After Reboot

I notice that Mail Monitor saves a cache of the emails in the mail list, but loses this cache after rebooting. I was hoping that the cache could be saved after reboots; loading the mail list with 100+ messages on 56k to see what new came in becomes tiring.
