Mail Monitor: Hotkey, LED ?

1.)
Is there any function to use a hotkey for Mail Monitor plugin ?
Mail Monitor starts my Eudora Mail, and it works perfectly by clicking on the icon - but it would be very nice to have a hotkey to start it.
Allocating the hotkey to Eudora wouldn´t solve the task: the mail counter would not be reset.
Maybe I can´t see the wood for the trees, but where can I set a hotkey ?

2.)
A further nice-to-have would be a function to make the Scroll-Lock-LED blinking on new mails, so I could see the mail status without turning on my display.

These two features for Mail Monitor plugin would be very nice and enhance the - already great - software even more.
