Submenu arrows

I seem to have misplaced the right-facing arrows on menu items that contain submenu items. I have tried the option of "arrows on menu buttons" but this does not product the desired behavior. I have attached a screenshot in the hopes that it will make more sense than my description. By the way, I do not want the arrows on the main toolbar buttons, just the menu items.

Searching the faqs/forums have not been fruitful.

Right-click menu, select "View" submenu and click "Text Menu". I guess you set the "Icon with Text" view mode for menus.

The option "arrows on menu buttons" works only for buttons on the toolbar and for buttons in the menus with view modes "Icon with Text" or "Icons only".
