Offset a Toolbar Tag

I have a toolbar that occupies all of the left edge of my monitor, from top to bottom. I want to set up a toolbar tag for it that is always visible (a feature you added recently) but occupies only the bottom half of the left edge of the monitor. I see no way to do that. I can make the toolbar tag shorter than the entire edge, but then it occupies the top half of the left edge.

I figured it out. After creating the toolbar tag, just click on it and drag it to wherever you want. It will drag vertically down the edge.
