Standalone auto-hide Toolbar looses transparency when moved

My standalone Toolbars that I have docked with auto-hide and transparency set to 100% loose this setting if I slide the toolbar or resize it. I can resolve it by unchecking "use transparency" in the TLB Setting, applying it and then checking the box again and apply the transparency again, but it is a bit annoying.
This has been this way since I updated to the 7.3 version well over a year ago. Just wondering if anyone else sees this and if there is a fix in the works.

Using it in Windows 7 Pro 64 bit
