Want Non-Disappearing Tag on Torn-Off Menu that Auto-Hides

I have a torn-off menu that auto-hides. I have docked it to the bottom of one of my screens. I have changed the auto-hide options to create a tag for it. But, when the menu hides, the tag also hides. I want the tag to stay on the screen all the time.

Note that I have many toolbars that I autohide with tags that do stay on the screen all the time. I want the same thing for a tear-off menu.
