Another News Reader bug!

Hi again,

I found a new bug with the News Reader.

When you add a news feed to a folder and then you right click on that news feed and select "Show new topics only" if there are no new feeds it will take the news feed out of the folder and send it to the bottom of the rss feed list.

Hopefully you can fix that as well as the other bugs I reported

I've reproduced this bug. I'll fix this in the next version.

Right now, to prevent this, select category again when you change some settings.
