Lock toolbar height

I'm using TLB 7.3 64 bit.
I use 2 locked toolbars with auto hide option enabled, one on top and one on the right side of my desk.
Recently I've been playing some old games that change my resolution to 1024x768 and the bar on the right side which has like 10 icons is changing its height to 3 or 4 icons, any way to prevent this?
