Adding a new toolbar at the top of the screen???

Happy New Year.................had a major HD crash and had to rebuild
most everthing..............I'm now rebuilding TLBs............

Initial (Bottom TLB working fine) I created a "new" tool Bar named
"TOP", but when I open it and drag it up to the top of the screen.......it's just a clone of the bottom TLB........It's not a true TLB???

What am I over looking?? Any help would be appreciated....

Hm... try to switch top toolbar into right folder.

I've decided to use TLBHOST as a work around........

It seems to be working fine for my needs..........

Looking forward to the "Switch Toolbar Plug-In"
