Just a suggestion for the Service Manager Plugin.
When selecting Display Name in the Display Services as: option, the list presented is still sorted by Service Name, but would be better if sorted by the Display Name.
So, could the presented list be sorted by the selected service attribute, Service Name or Display Name?
