Weather Monitor help again!

I am trying to just put in the settings below for the <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.weather.com/outlook/recreation/golf/local/USPA1277?from=search_city">http://www.weather.com/outlook/recreati ... earch_city</a><!-- m --> providers list tooltip.

Feels Like
Wind
Sunrise
Sunset
Last Update

I only want these 6 things shown in the tooltp.

Also since I have the temp on my taskbar is there anyway just to have the feels like temp shown in the tootip?

Also for some reason when ever I use info from weather.com it causes Windows Explore to crash sometimes.
