Am trying out latest version (unregistered) in XP. but every time I launch true launch bar the height of the tool bar doubles and I cant reduce it using the mouse, only by closing down true launch bar. Any help please as I cant evaluate it like this ???

Maybe you lock taskbar? Right-click on empty space of task bar and uncheck "Lock the TaskBar" menu option.
If the problem not in this, please post small screenshot here (you can attach file to the post).
