			I have never experienced such shabby business practices.  I've bought a lot of software online and have always received prompt support for the product.  I bought a home license for TLB to support this software and this is how customers get rewarded.  I used PayPal and paid with a credit card.  The transaction was processed almost instantly and my card was charged.  PayPal says the transaction was completed--SO WHERE IS MY LICENSE KEY!!
