I'm using TLB v4.0. I would like to expand the taskbar to two rows in height and would like to have TLB wrap so I can save horizontal space. Is there anyway to do this?

Unlock the taskbar and resize it. Move the taskbar and tlb toolbar using the chevrone at the left side of toolbars.

That didn't do. Everytime I try to shrink the launch bar area the chevrons appear and it doesn't wrap to the line below.
