True Launch Bar - Taskbar

I create a Taskbar and a Desktop-bar (standalone Desktop) so after a few starts from Windows the taskbar not shown anymore,
I have to right-click taskbar > toolbars > True Launch Bar, and activate again

I have also seen in the FAQ fix (delete) some Registry faults, but i don't have them, this is not my Problem
