How to move jump list to another drive?

Hello all,
I have setup all my jump lists and if I right click on one jump list and click the "open in explorer" option I see that they are located in C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
Question: is there a way to move all the jumplists from this location to another?
I've seen that in the FLB settings there is a "Toolbars" option. I've set it to the correct folder but nothing change.
Any suggestion will be really appreciated.

FLB and TLB are working with shortcuts. "Open in explorer" shows this shortcut in the toolbar folder. Select "Find target" to open target of the shortcut.
