I missed something somewhere I think...

If one of my virtual folders/menus contain files that create automatic backups, how can I hide these backup files so that they don't show, but are not erased?

there are two ways:
1) right-click the file and select "Hide"
2) "Customize menu" and use the "Filters"

* right-click in the menu with backup files
* click "Customize menu..."
* Click the "Filtering folder"
* Turn on "Apply filter to all new files/folder"
* Set the field "Files mask to hide" into: *.zip (change the extension for your needs)

Press OK and all backup files (in my case all ZIP files) will be hidden.

Yuri:

I am showing all items in the menu, and I have the TLB menu as a submenu...

If I right-click, there isn't a "Customize Menu... nor if I go the the "True Launch bar" submenu...

Remember, this menu I built using a virtual folder...

??

Now what?

Chuck Billow

Try to hold down CTRL+SHIFT when you right-click this will opens the default menu.

Yuri:

I don't see it. I've looked (I *think*) at all the sub-menus that are available after I Ctrl-Shift-R-Click, and I see NO "Customize Menu".

What the heck am I doing wrong here?

hmm...

You need to click INSIDE menu. Try to right-click one of your backup files to see "Customize menu". If this not helps please can you post the screenshot with context menu?

Yuri:

THAT was it. I was right-clicking the menu folder, not one of the items in it.

Worked great!

Thanks for the patience.
