New with 4.12 (Open menu at Curser)
The newest version of TLB also has "an open" at cursur capability, which allows you to open a tear off menu anywhere on your desk top, simply place the curser where you'd like it, and then toggle it on with the hot key.......

Tear-off menus: Amazing!
For what it's worth, this is the bestest feature of TLB. I use it all the time in combination with AutoHotkey to pop up a floating multi-column Quickstart menu at the mouse pointer by doing LeftClick+RightClick, and a floating 1-column Start Menu by doing RightClick+LeftClick.
