Does TLB support vista 64 bit?

Hi I'm running Windows Vista premium 64 bit version, and can't seem to get any TLB versions to work.
I have tried the "beta version" and the "64-bit" version listed on the download page.
Has anyone gotten this working with vista 64 or is it still in development?
