Prevent accidently closing of True Launch Bar

It is too easy to close a second True Launch Bar.

I have my middle mouse button set to close open windows. This can be a great time saver.

However if I happen to be on the 2nd True Launch Bar, which I have on the top of my screen, a single mouse click and the 2nd True Launch Bar is closed - poof! immediately.

Then I must restart True Launch Bar , move the new bar to the top of the screen, set 'always on top' etc

I wonder if a small safety feature like 'ARE YOU SURE?' can be added before allowing a 2nd True Launch Bar to be closed.

Which should be (if implemented) optional because some other people might like it the way it is.
