Mail Files plugin

Often man wants just to email a few files to someone.
It would be great if there was Mail Files plugin that does just that.

Features:
- Drag files to Mail Files TLB icon to mail files
- After dragging, a dialog displays, where I can enter address (or select from Windows adress book; Firefox/Opera addres book support would be nice), mail Subject and some text. I can also see a list of files to send, with ability to delete files from there.
- When only image files are dropped, plugin enables to resize images.
- When only non-archive files are dropped, plugin enables to pack them into a single archive.
- Ability to accept additional files to a single email (user can accumulate files to send with multiple drops).
- SMTP server/account configuration necessary, together with user signature, From address, size limit for email
- a simple history log is kept, to check what, where and when was sent
