System Monitor v3.0 released.

Changes:
* Improved Windows Vista support
* Added new charts support
* Improved stability
* Added multi-core support

Download 32-bit version
Download 64-bit version

PS. Here is the skin specification for new System monitor.

great, but i m too fool to make the new skin of the new version.

the first rar file include an idel graph but which cannot work normaly(one core with two all-the-same graph)

the second one, i dont know how to make it .
