How to Edit a clock

I'm a new user. I figured out how to add a clock and adjust what it's font and colors are plus date settings etc. But after the clock is made, can I change these things? If I right-click I don't see any option for that. Do I have to make a new one and delete the old one every time?

Right-click the clock and click the "Properties" menu item.
