How to have the True Bar instead of START button ?

I have the True Bar installed. It starts automatically when Windows starts.
The bar is docked in the bottom over the blue windows task bar.
There is no name on the left and iti is impossible to get it back....
not possible to undock the bar.
I have the START killer program that works perfectly but...I want the TLB to be on the blue bar INSTEAD os START button....
How can I do it ???
