In beta version 4.2.5 RC1 of TLB running on Vista Ultimate:

If when you right-click on a toolbar icon and go to Appearance\Change Icon, then click on the Bookmarks menu button, the pop-up windows shows the text "Add Bookbark" instead of "Add Bookmark".
