Hi,

I have been really intrigued by True Launch Bar 4.2, and thus decided to download a trial version to install on my system. I downloaded the most recent non-beta version 4.2 from your website, and I attempted to install it. However, as soon as the installation process begins (i.e. when the files are being copied), the installer crashes, and I get a popup saying this program has stopped responding. I went into event viewer and found the following details:

Log Name: Application

I am logged in as the administrator, and I am currently using Vista Business w/ SP1 x86. I tried installing by doubling clicking the installer and also by right-clicking and choosing "install as administrator". I also made sure to turn off my spyware and antivirus software prior to installing.

I really hope someone can help me fix this.

Thanks!
