I need help with the toolbars

The app is very good,but it is too complicate/ for me/I can't make the program looks like this screenshot.
Please,write me a short tutorial how to make my menu looks like this picture

And here is what i could made,i want the menu above

1) TLB Settings->Skins set the skin "Luna II" apply skin to the menus only
2) Right-click the toolbar View->Small icons to show the icons
3) Right-click the toolbar View->Show Text remove the check mark. This will remove the text on buttons
4) To make the same menu as on the first screenshot right-click toolbar New->Menu selecte the "My computer" from the "Predefined" list.
