4.2.7 RC3 ServiceManager plugin

I can't assign hot key to the Service Manager —
there is no corresponding menu item in the context menu.

Also I can't set up properties for any individual service (Appearance).

Windows XP SP3 4.2.7 RC3

On Windows XP with SP2 this problem does not exist.

these features will be added in the next version of the plugin.
