I use the menu option "Run All From Group" with great success. But I have a question.

Is this menu option inserted after the installation of that program/plugin(?) that I cannot remember the name of, or is "Run All From Group" an integral part of TLB?

This is the part of True Launch Bar. To find this option right-click the separator and check the "Enable Run All".
