True Launch Bar v4.3 released.
New features since version 4.2
The Aero Glass Effects for Windows Vista
True Launch Bar allow you make the menus semitransparent by using the new Aero Glass effect:

Delayed menu
Or menu with the default item. To make the delayed menu, right-click any menu item and select Appearance->Set as default
Now when you click the menu TLB run the default menu item. To show the menu, press the left mouse button and hold it for second.
Global toolbar settings
Since version 4.3 you can customize all your toolbars at once. Set the option TLB Settings->General options->Use the global settings for all your toolbars and every changes in the TLB Settings will be applied to all toolbars with global settings.
View icons in subfolders
The change icon dialog box now can fetch the icons from the subfolders
Improved TLB Components Manager
TLB Components Manager become more friendly and easy to use.
Menu animations
You can setup how menu will appear on the screen: blend or slide.
Some new options
Toolbar tab:
* All toolbar buttons are always horizontal - you can turn on this option for vertical toolbars with some columns - arrows on the menu buttons will be at the right side of the menu buttons, not at bottom.
Menu appearance tab:
* Disable toolbar overlap - if you turn on this option then menu will not overlap the toolbar, so you can get access to other buttons. This option can be useful for the toolbars with some rows or columns.
* Hide caption text - allow to hide the text in the menu captions.
Bugs fixed since version 4.2.7 RC3
* High CPU usage on open the menu with two arrows
* Refresh Virtual Folders of the unmounted volumes
* The related links menu item on the empty space of menu
* Incorrect positions of the buttons on the vertical toolbar
* Changing the maximum width of the buttons with text take effect only after refresh.
* No "Find Target" menu item on the shortcuts in the Virtual Folders
